Experience with digital platforms & community models
Ideally with focus on social features, fan engagement, and creator-centric UX
Security & payment integration
Lead safe and scalable handling of user data, artist payouts, donation logic, and ledger-based tracking
Startup mindset & ownership
Long-term commitment to shaping a high-impact platform with societal and creative value
Bonus: Experience in music, creator economy or web3
Understanding of artist realities, platform dynamics, or the economics of fan support is a big plus
