Looking for a technical Co-Founder for a ML startup in e-waste recycling

Hey,

My name is Laurenz, I'm 24 years old and I'm from Innsbruck, Austria. I recently finished my bachelor in mechatronics, I'm currently doing an extension program in entrepreneurship at the University of Innsbruck, which I will finish in a few weeks.

I am working on a machine learning based project in the field of e-waste recycling. The project involves a camera system that significantly reduces the cost of a very important and expensive manual step in the recycling process.

After pre-treatment by local recycling companies, e-waste is processed by specialized recycling refineries. There are three of these specialized recycling refineries in Europe that process the entire continent's e-waste volume by even parts and make up the customer goup. I was able to present the project to on of these three refineries in a meeting attended by seven people from different departments and received very positive feedback.

I have already completed a comprehensive feasibility study and am currently building a prototype for on site pilot testing.

The positive results I have achieved so far (both from a technical point of view and the positive customer feedback) have motivated me to push the project further in the direction of founding a successful company. For that, I am looking for a matching technical co-founder (ideally with a ML background). A few words about me: I like to spend my free time in the mountains (hiking, camping, skiing, etc.) and travel. I have worked as an English teacher in Guatemala, presented my own new product idea to the company's internal review board during an internship at a large medical device company, and have work experience in various R&D departments. I love to build and I'm having a lot of fun working on the project. I am looking for a co-founder who feels the same and is committed to building a successful deep tech startup with an ecological impact.
