Senior Product Manager ERP/Backend (f/m/d)

This is your role:

Take over the continuous development of our backend system landscape as the dedicated Product Owner, working closely together with engineers, QA, and fellow PMs.
Lead the smooth provision, development and maintenance of our ERP (Odoo), including reliable data exchange to and from connected systems.
Build top-notch features for your internal stakeholders and key users like Logistics, Finance or Customer Service.
Ensure system stability and scalability while continuously identifying clever solutions to increase system performance.
Develop practical internal tools to enhance efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and take full ownership of projects from start to finish.

WHAT YOU BRING

Degree in computer science, business informatics, information systems or comparable professional experience.
5 – 8 years of proven track record in successful ERP management and development.
Proficient in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments.
Excellent grasp of both stakeholder needs and system functionalities.
Strong communication and prioritization skills along with significant experience in managing functional teams in hybrid environments.
Significant experience in Python and working with open source ERPs such as Odoo are a strong plus.
Minimum C1 in written and spoken English is mandatory; German knowledge not obligatory, but a plus.
