Co-founder - Chief Marketing / Sales Officer (f/m/d) for an early-stage start-up

We are a bootstrapped tech start-up specializing in air quality monitors.

With our first product, the LuftLicht, we have established a strong brand in the DACH region with tens of thousands units sold and 7-digit revenues in the last years.

To continue this success story we are now on the verge of launching our new, innovative product for occupational safety and are looking for another co-founder for marketing and sales, who helps us repeat our previous success on a more international market.

We are looking for a purpose-driven co-founder with:

• 5+ years of experience in sales and / or marketing with a proven track record, preferably in a start-up environment
• You think like an entrepreneur – creatively, analytic and outside the box to find new business opportunities
• Knowledge in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
• High motivation and enthusiasm for new challenges
